  • Represented regional bank in restructuring and payment of $29 million loan and creation of security interest.
  • Dunn & Davison served as local counsel to the FDIC, as well as the RTC (Resolution Trust Corporation) for the Kansas City region since approximately 1985.
  • Represented the FDIC in connection with the closing of 17 banks located in Northwest Missouri and has provided legal counsel and advice regarding the collection of past-due loans from failed banking institutions.
