Brad K. Thoenen

Brad Thoenen is an associate in the Kansas City office. Brad concentrates his practice in litigation and dispute resolution, and he also advises clients on labor and employment matters, assists debtors and creditors in bankruptcy matters, and counsels institutions of higher education on licensure matters throughout the United States. He represents numerous financial institutions in the Kansas City area, representing their interests in foreclosure and other proceedings.

Brad received his law degree from the University of Missouri, where he served as the Senior Note & Comment Editor of the Missouri Law Review. Prior to joining Dunn & Davison, LLC, Brad was an associate with Spencer Fane Britt & Browne, LLP, in St. Louis, Missouri.
