Mitchell E. Kempker

Mitch Kempker is an associate in the Kansas City office of Dunn & Davison, LLC. He concentrates his practice on higher education regulatory consultation and transactions, banking transactions, real estate matters and general corporate work. Mitch’s higher education practice focuses on facilitating acquisitions and sales of institutions and various Title IV and other regulatory consultation. His banking practice includes serving as lender’s counsel for loan documentation and workout negotiations. Mitch has also represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in various real estate matters, including acquisitions, ground leases and commercial leases.

Mitch received his law degree from the University of Missouri, where he served as Associate Editor in Chief of the Missouri Law Review. Prior to joining Dunn & Davison, LLC, Mitch was an associate with Armstrong Teasdale LLP in St. Louis, Missouri.
