Roger K. McCrummen
Roger began his legal career in 1982 in New York City, upon graduation with an advanced law degree (LL.M. - International Legal Studies) from the prestigious New York University School of Law in New York City. He practiced for a number of years as a Business Transactional Attorney with firms in New York City until he moved to Kansas City with his family in 1992.
Since coming to Kansas City, Mr. McCrummen's practice has focused on Federal Immigration Law and representing businesses and individuals in their Immigration needs. He has served three times as the Chair of the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), including service on the national Board of Governors of AILA, which is the nation's premier immigration bar association.
Gail A. Goeke
Gail A. Goeke has practiced immigration law since 1998, advising businesses on immigration law compliance and employment of foreign workers and assisting individuals obtain naturalization and immigration benefits. Gail has wide experience guiding employers of foreign national executives, managers, professionals, and other workers in a variety of businesses and fields. She has successfully obtained temporary and permanent labor certifications, as well as national interest waivers, extraordinary ability alien, outstanding researcher and multi-national manager immigrant cases.
Andrea C. Martinez
Prior to entering private practice, Andrea served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eric G. Bruggink at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. During law school she was a summer law clerk to the U.S. Department of Justice's Arlington Immigration Court. Andrea also worked in Guatemala assisting in the prosecution of child sex offenders.
Andrea is fluent in Spanish. She is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Andrea has been selected by the Kansas City Star to write articles on international and immigration law for the MIdwest Voices column.
Valerie K. Tarbutton
Valerie K. Tarbutton is a 2011 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. During law school, Valerie distinguished herself as a semi-finalist in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Brooklyn, New York and was Co-President of the Hispanic Law Student Association at UMKC.
Valerie is highly proficient in Spanish. She has traveled to Costa Rica, Mexico, and Spain. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk on a variety of immigration cases including asylum, cancelation of removal, marriage based petitions, and fiancé visas.
