Thomas G. Stoll

Thomas Stoll has an extensive commercial law practice with an emphasis on banking and debtor/creditor law. He represents a number of banks and other financial institutions in the Kansas City metropolitan area and throughout Missouri and Kansas. He advises banking clients on all aspects of banking law including regulatory issues, loan documentation, loan enforcement and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Stoll also has an active probate and corporate practice and has been a frequent speaker at educational seminars covering a variety of topics. Mr. Stoll is a partner with the Kansas City office.
